FY'11 and FY12 AATA Grant Projects will submit Performance & Financial Reports through the Grants Database - http://aata.az.gov/admin/grants/Grantslogin.aspx.

To search for your Agency's Grant, filter by Agency name, Fiscal year, Program type and Status - ALL. Once grant retrieved, click on the Measures Tab on the far right. You'll enter the stats by expanding each category (click on + sign to enter, click on - sign to close) and entering data directly into the fields. You can also attach/upload any documents with supplemental information as well as Qtrly Financial Reports from your Finance Depts. You'll need to click on Save/Update Totals before exiting.

FY'12 Grant Programs (updated June 1, 2011)

**All AATA Grant Applications are now submitted using the AATA’s Grant Database system – Click here to enter Web-Portal. All FY12 Grant Applications, excluding Emergency/Discretionary Grants must be submitted by June 30th. Once applications are submitted, users can check status of grants anytime using the Grant Database Web-Portal.

FY12  (July 1, 2011 – June 30, 2012) – LAW ENFORCEMENT Programs - AATA Board has approved $55,000 for FY12.  Click here for Law Enforcement Grant Instructions.

FY12 - VERTICAL PROSECUTION Grant Programs - AATA Board has approved $450,000 for FY12.  Click here for Vertical Prosecution Grant Instructions.

FY12 - PROFESSIONAL TRAINING Grant Programs - AATA Board has approved $15,000 for FY12.  Click here for Professional Training Grant Instructions.

FY12 - EMERGENCY/DISCRETIONARY Grant Programs - AATA Board has approved $87,700 for FY12.  Click here for Emergency/Discretionary Grant Instructions.
